Return & Refund Eligibility
Products can be returned or replaced within 14 days from delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is sealed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging as received.

The item is returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The order has not had a previous return/exchange request, except in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective items.

A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) has been obtained from bellaveralab after reviewing your request and supporting photos/videos (if needed) and it takes 5 working days to review your request to approve eligibility to send you RMN.

Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items (48-Hour Window)
- If you received an item that is wrong, damaged, or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- This timeframe is required because all orders are shipped in the best possible condition, and the 48-hour window allows the shipping company to properly open a shipment investigation and provide the required support and documentation for your case.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Any opened and non-defective cosmetics items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Opened electronics cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If an item was purchased as part of a bundle or Buy 1 Get X offer, the full bundle/offer must be returned or exchanged, and all items must be in their original sealed and unused condition.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email: Refunds@bellaveralab.com

Once your RMN is issued: We will arrange a return pickup through our shipping partner, Please provide your receipt/proof of purchase and specify whether you prefer:
Exchange or Store Credit (Gift Card).
Inspection & Review Timeline
- After we receive the returned item, the inspection & review process may take up to: 14 working days to approve or reject the return request.
- If approved, your refund or exchange will be initiated accordingly.
Shipping & Return Costs
Change of Mind Returns
- If the return is due to a change of mind / change of interest, a fixed return fee of 150 EGP will be deducted from your refund amount (This amount includes the two way shipping & return fees paid to the shipping company).
- Important: If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund amount in case of change-of-mind returns.
Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items
- If the return is due to an issue caused by bellaveralab or one of our partner brands or shipping companies (wrong/damaged/defective), bellaveralab covers all shipping, exchange, and return costs.
Refund Methods & Notes

Approved refunds are issued for the same amount paid, after deducting any applicable shipping and return costs (if relevant).

Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via:
bank transfer, wallet transfer, or store credit / gift card (based on customer preference). -
Gift card payments are refundable as gift card / store credit only.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval, and may take 14 days after approval to reflect in your account depending on bank or wallet processing times.
- For COD refunds, we will require your bank account details or wallet number to process the transfer.
